In case you booked your flight in our Website – Our tickets are non-refundable.

TUS Airway’s cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law (in case the transaction was done in Israel)

Please note that there will be no refund for baggage and seats‚ once the payment has been made (unless the service was not provided due to reasons related to Tus Airways).
