Cancellation and Refunds
TUS Airway’s cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law (in case the transaction was done in Israel) and to the terms of the flight ticket you purchased:
- LITE ticket – Full cancellation fee
- FLEX ticket – Full cancellation fee
- CLASSY ticket – Cancellation fee of €50
Please note that there will be no refund for baggage and seats‚ once the payment has been made (unless the service was not provided due to reasons related to Tus Airways).
