Changes in my booking

Selecting a seat‚ adding luggage and purchasing other ancillaries in your flight‚ can be easily done by you at this link.

Please note that if you purchased your flight ticket through a third party and not directly via our website, you will be able to access your booking starting 7 days before the flight date (please assure the booking number you have starts with the digit 5).

For any other changes in your bookings you can Contact Us by selecting “Change My Name” or “Other Changes”.

Please note that requests for changes in your reservation will be charged as follows: 

• Name change (spelling issues) – €75 per person per booking
• Change flight dates/times – Varying according to date and destination and subject to the terms of the flight ticket you purchased
• Replacing a passenger – varying according to date and destination

In case your reservation was done via an agency‚ you can still contact us for the above changes.
